会場のリサーチから、招待状、経緯をまとめた冊子、お礼状を制作した。

We planned a meeting to introduce each other's recommended books or "Recommended Books" to each other.

文庫本に見立てたお礼状を作成。中には手紙と共に図書カードを同封し、参加者に送付した。
Letter of thanks
A thank-you letter was created in the form of a paperback book. A book card was enclosed with the letter, which was sent to the participants.
